Nov, 11 - Dance Lessons - Raising Funds For Birth Attendants
The chilly season has kicked in, making our bodies a little bit stiff... I bet your hips are longing for a bit of swing -Been waiting for a chance to shake the heat back in your body?
Then join us for an exciting evening of dancing, music, community, and warmth!
Dance lessons will be provided by local instructor David Lynch of Dave's Ballroom Dance Studio. On the dance floor will be SALSA, TANGO and SWING! One hour lesson followed by an hour of free dance time. Beginners are welcome and encouraged!
Please help us keep our services available for the mothers we serve at the Washington Corrections Center for Women!
$5-15 sliding scale

Nov 21 - Dance - Come support The Birth Attendants: Prison Doula Project
Come move to the rhythm of SAMBA! In collaboration with Olympia's very own Samba Olywa, join us for this night of dancing and music!
This 2 hour dance practice is open to everyone, from beginners to professional movers!
Come support The Birth Attendants: Prison Doula Project, a local non-profit organization that provides physical, emotional and informational resources to mothers and pregnant people incarcerated at the Washington Corrections Center for Women.
Entry: $5-$15 sliding scale
