Join Heather Isobel and Michael Barr, the raw food chefs of Indigo Live Catering, to learn some of the basics about raw food preparation and consumption.

• pick up simple recipes
• learn simple ways to incorporate more raw food in your daily life
• learn about the cleansing properties of live foods
• see how raw food can fit into your picture of over-all well being

Directions to Fertile Grounds:
From the Olympia Transit Center downtown, head South on Franklin (towards 4th Ave)
Continue on Franklin until you reach 9th Ave
Turn left on 9th Ave, Fertile Grounds is at 311 on the right

This workshop is a collaboration between The Flaming Eggplant and RAD Sustainability. Ingredients were donated by the Olympia Food Co-op.
